Accepting these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to Larpi, including its mobile app, website, AI character conversations, character creation tools, and related features. “Larpi,” “we,” or “us” refers to the operator of the Larpi service.

The Larpi service

Larpi lets users discover, create, publish, and chat with fictional AI characters. Features, plan limits, available models, and content may change over time. Characters and conversations are fictional and are not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or emergency advice.

Accounts and age

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and follow the laws that apply where you live. Larpi is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not use it.

Your responsibilities

You may not misuse Larpi, interfere with its security, evade plan limits, use it to violate another person’s rights, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or attempt to access another user’s account or data. You must have the rights and permissions needed for content and images you submit.

Content and characters

You keep any rights you have in content you create. When you publish a character, profile, or comment publicly, you give Larpi permission to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service. Other users may view and interact with published content.

You are responsible for what you submit or publish. Do not upload content that infringes rights, reveals someone’s private information without permission, promotes real-world harm, or sexualizes minors. We may restrict or remove content that violates these Terms or creates legal, safety, or service risks.

AI-generated responses

AI characters are generated by software. Their responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or unsuitable, and may not reflect Larpi’s views. Do not rely on a character as a human being or as a source of professional advice. You are responsible for how you use generated content.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, billing periods, and included features are shown before purchase. Purchases made through Android are billed and managed by Google Play; RevenueCat helps Larpi manage subscription status. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled under the store’s terms. Cancel or request a refund through the store that processed the purchase. Plan benefits and usage limits may be updated, with notice where required.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Larpi available, but some features may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, safety measures, or other reasons. We may add, change, or discontinue features. We will not remove a paid feature without handling the change as required by applicable law.

Suspension and account closure

You can stop using Larpi and request deletion of your account and associated data from Settings in the app or at Larpi account deletion. We may suspend or end access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, address serious violations, or keep the service secure. Some transaction or security records may be retained where legally permitted or required.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Larpi is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that every character, generated response, or feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Larpi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the updated Terms here and revise the effective date. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
