Delete your Larpi account

Request deletion by email

Email us from the email address used for your Larpi account. Include the subject Larpi account and data deletion request and write: “Please delete my Larpi account and associated data.” We may reply to verify that you own the account before processing the request.

Do not include your password, payment-card details, or other sensitive information. If you know your Larpi account ID, you may include it to help us identify the account, but it is optional.

What happens to your data

After we verify the request, we delete or de-identify the account information and content associated with your Larpi account, except for records we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes. Some backup copies may remain for a limited period under routine retention cycles.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Larpi account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel any active subscription separately in Google Play so you are not billed again. Google Play may retain purchase and transaction records under its own policies.
